All you need to know about the ICC RCGC Open 2019

The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) along with the Royal Calcutta Golf Club (RCGC) and the TATA Steel Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) have jointly launched the ICC RCGC Open Golf Championship.

Kshitij Naveed Kaul, Udayan Mane, Chiragh Kumar, Priyanshu Singh, Shamim Khan, Mukesh Kumar, Karandeep Kochhar; Unique format to witness greater participation of amateurs as well.

The international challenge will be led by:

The Sri Lankan quartet of Anura Rohana, Mithun Perera, N Thangaraja and K Prabagaran, Bangladesh’s Md Zamal Hossain Mollah and Australian Kunal Bhasin. 

The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) along with the Royal Calcutta Golf Club (RCGC) and the TATA Steel Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) has jointly launched the ICC RCGC Open Golf Championship. The inaugural edition of the Rs. 40 lakh event will be staged at the historic RCGC in Kolkata from December 11 – 15, 2019. 

TATA Steel PGTI returns to RCGC after two years.

Mr. Pradeep Sureka, VP, ICC, said, “ICC is proud to partner RCGC and PGTI in launching the ICC RCGC Open Golf Championship. We are happy to have leading professionals as well as amateurs participating in this tournament. It’s really good to see TATA Steel PGTI returning to RCGC after two years. We are happy to let you know that, alongside the Golf Championship; We are also organizing a grand Corporate Strategic Think Tank Meet, ‘India Tomorrow’ on 13th December 2019 at Kolkata. The Conference will be attended by Government, Consultants and Corporate will be a policy compendium for New India.”

Mr. Ashish C Doshi, Captain, Royal Calcutta Golf Club, said, “We are delighted to host the inaugural edition of the ICC RCGC Open Golf Championship at the Royal after a gap of two years. The course is in marvelous shape, and we will offer the best playing conditions for all the professionals taking part in the Championship.
