How to place an order

Placing an order on is an easy task.


If you haven't registered with us earlier, it's simple and free to create an account. Start by clicking on the "Sing Up" button at the top of each page. The popup window will then open with the "sign-in" page. Once there, click the link that tells "New Customers / Create an Account." Next, you'll go to the account registration page where you'll be asked to enter some relevant details to create your account. For future transactions, all you have to do is enter your registered password.


If you are a well-established Golfoy customer who has made an online purchase with us before, all you have to do is sign in using your email address and password. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order number via email & SMS on your registered number. We recommend that you need to save this to your records before you receive your order.


If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by emailing to or calling us on our customer care number. You can also go to our account dashboard and click on my orders. There you can select your order and click cancel the order. Keep your order reference number handy so that one of our Customer Service Representatives can assess the status of your order and provide advice on cancellation. Unfortunately, we would not be able to process the cancellation request if the order has already been delivered from our warehouse. Orders are only eligible for cancellation if the cancellation request is received before the shipping of goods. A cancellation request can be made by picking the same in the "My Account" section of the customer dashboard. Once a cancellation request is received, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method in case of pre-paid orders. Also, a replacement can only be availed once per order if the above conditions are met. Multiple replacement requests for the same order, will not be entertained in any case.


If you would like to make any changes to an order that you have already placed with us, please contact us by email at or call our customer care with your order reference number. One of the Golfoy customer representative’s team will be happy to assist you with any changes you want to make on your open order. Please note we will not be able to process a cancellation request if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse.

How to return product

Products may only be returned or replaced if they are eligible as per the information given below each product's page. Return & exchange facility can only be availed within 96 hours of the goods being delivered to the shipping location. will not be liable for any errors after the 96 hours are exhausted. Return pickup can be only arranged for pin codes covered by our return courier partners. Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, you will receive a replacement against the returned product or a full refund in the form of a store credit or gift card, which can be redeemed during a future purchase at Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is self-returned by the customer.

Please follow these directions to replace the product using our pickup service:

  1. Go to the 'My Account' section of the website and select return or replace option for your current order if you are an existing customer.
  2. Fill in the necessary details and await further details from the golfoy.
  3. In case you have a guest account. Kindly contact our customer service team to arrange a manual pickup by writing an email to service will arrange a pickup after the request is received.
  4. If our return pickup courier partner does not cover your pin code, you need to self return the product to our warehouse by your preferred courier.
  5. Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories that came with the product. The product and its packaging should be in resalable and brand new condition.
  6. Refund or replacement will be initiated, once the product reaches our fulfillment center and passes our quality check.
  7. The transit time for the returned package to reach our fulfillment center is generally 8-10 business days. Upon receipt of the return, The replaced product is shipped directly to the customer, or the refund can be initiated in compliance with the policy.

NOTE: Returns/Replacement/Exchange is not applicable for custom/special orders, products customized according to customer's requirements, and products sold at a special price (over and above the website price).

  • Each Point earned will be worth 1 Indian Rupee. Usually, 1 point can be earned for 35 rupees spend on every eligible product (points will be displayed on the respective product pages) less any returned.
  • Use points to buy products on in full or at a discount (500 points gives you the option to discount your next purchase by 50%).
  • Earn more points on the remaining value of discounted assets (you can redeem 500 points on a product that’s Rs.1000 and earn points on the remaining Rs. 500).
  • Points can be redeemed up to the value of the item you wish to buy. You may use points in conjunction with other discounts including, existing schemes.
  • Points cannot be redeemed against shipping costs.
  • Points cannot be used or earned when buying gift vouchers.
  • You can redeem points at any time.
  • No minimum point amounts are required for redemption.

Points will be added to your account after the returns cooling-off period is over (normally 14 days after delivery of your order). Points will be adjusted for any returned items.


  • For each new customer you introduce to us, earn 100 points (worth Rs. 100).
  • Simply ask them to enter your email address (the one registered to your account) at the end of their first successful checkout.
  • Points will automatically be credited to you within 30 days after their first order has been completed.
