Shiv Kapur finishes T-55 as Johannes Veerman wins Czech Masters

Shiv Kapur posted 1-over 73 in the final round of Czech Maters to finish the event at the tied-55th position.
Kapur, who shots two 2-under's in the first and second round, lost his momentum in the weekend; and carded 3-over on Saturday and with 1-over on Sunday, he completed his run outside top-50.
The 39-year-old Indian golfer made ten birdies, nine bogeys and one double-bogey to finish the event at a total score of 1-over 289.
American golfer Johannes Veerman grabbed his first title at the European Tour after carding at 4-under 68 in the final round at Albatross Golf Resort.
Veerman, with rounds of (71,66,68,68) finished the event at 15-under 273 to claim the Czech Masters title by two strokes.
Another American, Sean Crocker, and Tapio Pulkkanen of Finland shared the tied-2nd position at 13-under 275.
The other Indians in the event, SSP Chawrasia and Ajeetsh Sandhu, made an early exit after having a not so good campaign.
SSP Chawrasia, who posted a decent 2-under 70 in the first round, carded a dreary 3-over 75 in the second to miss the cut by one shot.
Ajeetesh Sandhu missed the cut after carding 74 and 73 in the first two rounds.
