India's Tvesa Malik produced the best round on the second day of the Jabra Ladies Open and made a solid comeback to make the cut.
Tvesa, who shot a poor 75 in the first round, posted a 4-under 67 on day two to jump all the way to a tie for 10th place after the second round.
The 25-year-old talented golfer made five birdies against one bogey and scored the best round of the day with two strokes.
She smashed birdies on the 2nd, 4th, 7th, 9th, 14th to easily make the cut which looks blurry after a disturbing round one.
Olivia Cowan of Germany shot a 69 to share the lead with defending champion and first-round leader Annabel Dimmock on day two of the Jabra Ladies Open at Evian Resort Golf Club.
Cowan, who has 18 top-ten finishes on the LET, made consecutive birdies on her final two holes to claim the clubhouse lead of five-under-par.
The round one leader Annabel Dimmock produced a superb 1-under 70 to hold the top spot at the leaderboard at the €200,000 prize money event.
Another Indian playing the event, Astha Madan, had a very poor tournament as she carded 31-over in two rounds and missed the cut.Posted on: 2021 Jun 5 Sat
