Shubhankar Sharma shoots second straight 68, lies T-22 at the European Masters

Shubhankar Sharma witnessed the flimsy joy on Friday after carding 2-under 68 in the second round of the European Masters.
Shubhankar, who was at the tied-33rd position after the first day, had moved up to 22nd following the second round at Crans Sur Sierre golf club.
The 25-year-old Shubhankar made four birdies against two bogeys and will start the weekend campaign seven-shot behind the leader.
Dean Burmester grabbed the halfway lead after smashing a superb bogey-free 5-under 65.

The second Indian playing in the event, SSP Chawrasia, missed the cut with back-to-back 2-over 71.
The first-round leader, James Morrison, had a dreary second round in which he shot 4-over 74 to slip from overnight top position to tied-14th heading into the weekend challenge.
The defending champion Sebastian Soderberg fired a 3-under 67 in the second round to sit inside the top-10 going into the third round.
