Hero World Challenge set to return this December

Tiger Woods annual fundraiser event is all set to return this December with an increased field of 20.
The much-anticipated event was cancelled last year owing to the COVID-19 outbreak, but Tiger Woods chose to do it this year under strict guidelines.
The host Tiger Woods took to his Twitter account and wrote, “Excited to welcome an expanded field to the Hero World Challenge at Albany this year.”

Although it is unclear whether Woods will participate in this event, fans are ecstatic to hear that their favourite tournament is returning to the Bahamas.
Tiger Woods, who met with a horrific accident in February this year, is still on crutches and will need a bit more time to recover 100%.
The 15-time major champion described his rehabilitation from injuries as the most “painful” experience of his career and remained silent on his possible return to the sport.
Woods meanwhile said he was grateful for the support he had received from around the world during his recovery.
