Hannah Green claims superb win on the LPGA Tour

The Australian major champion Hannah Green triumphs the 2019 Cambia Portland Classic Tournament.

Hannah Green went into the final round with three strokes behind the American Yealimi Noh. But, she played well and shot a 5-under 67 to finish with a 21-under 267 total score and beat the American Yealimi Noh by one shot.
After a great start in
the opening rounds, with 64 and 63 at the Columbia Edge Water Country Club,
Portland. Hannah struggled in the third round with a stroke of 73 and loses her
5 strokes lead to Yealimi Noh who played 8 under 64 in the third round.
But, in the 4th and the final round, the tables had turned again, when Green shot a -5 under 67 with a total score of -21 under 267, and the American Noh strokes a -1 under 71 and loses the game by just one shot, Noh, finishes her campaign with a total score of -20 under 268.

Green gains 500 points
and is projected to jump from 27th to 12th in the Race of the CME Globe with
1,562 points. With her win, she receives $195,000: and $979,519 for the 2019
season.
Green has been the
first Australian women golfer since 2016 to win the tournament twice in the
same season. Also, she is the fifth women golfer of the 2019 LPGA season who wins
the tournament twice.
