Barclays cup 2016: Patrick Reed finally scoops one
In the final round of The Barclays 2016, several players were in contention going into the final 9 holes but it was Patrick Reed who stood out amongst the pack to claim the first leg of The FedExCup Playoffs.
It was in January 2015 when he last won a fourth PGA Tour title at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions. The wait for the trophy no. 5 was getting longer and frustrating for the highly rated American pro.
His win at the Bethpage State Park has not only have given him a lot of FedEx points but has also secured a place in the American Ryder Cup team.
