Amandeep Drall: The brightest star of the Indian Golf

The year 2020 was the worst year for many, but it was equally beneficial for some like one who found gold in the dirt.
Last year, when all major golf tournaments got cancelled for months, golfers in India were restricted to practising at their home only, and at that period, Amandeep Drall makes equal use of her time at home to prove her metal as soon as the events resume.
The young golfer from Panchkula, who is known for her strong play on the field, worked really hard to overcome her weaknesses, and despite all odds stacked against her, Amandeep continues to blossom.

Drall, who was in a decent position before the pandemic hits, maintained her rhythm after the resumption of tournaments as well; all thanks to her sheer dedication and the spirit to overcome every challenge as she finished her 2020 WGAI campaign at 1st position on the WGAI Order of Merit list 2020.

The 28-year-old professional golfer had a blistering year (2020) with a clap worthy two wins and seven top-3 finishes, with overall earnings of 814400 in eight tournaments.
Her performances on the WGAI have certainly done their bit to encourage more women into golf. And on behalf of every achievement she earned last year, we can proudly call her the brightest star of Indian golf as she deserves every bit of this tag.
